By accessing or using the Game Jumper Fairy Shop website at https://www.thegamejumper.com and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms of Service are operated by Nikki Shiva (artist name: Wildcat Enigma), the sole owner and operator of Game Jumper Fairy Shop.

We offer the following product types:

• Standard Digital Downloads — HD JPEG files available for instant download
• Hi-Res Digital Downloads — 4K JPEG files, print-ready, delivered within 3 days
• Original 12 Collector Prints — numbered editions of 12, each with a First Edition Certificate of Authenticity
• 4K Video Art — limited edition digital looping video files delivered via secure download

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled.

Digital Downloads: Standard HD files are available for instant download after purchase. Hi-Res 4K files and Video Art are delivered to your email within 3 business days. All digital sales are final — no returns on digital files.

Digital Video Art: Digital products are delivered via a secure download link sent to your email address. Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. No physical item is shipped for digital orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the specific circumstances described below.

Exception — Defective Prints Only: If your print arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect (significantly poor print resolution, severe colour banding, or damaged/unusable print quality), you may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To request a return for a defective print, email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your certificate number, order details, and clear photographs showing the defect. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Returns are not accepted for: change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or any reason other than a verifiable manufacturing defect.

All artwork, images, video content, text, and other materials on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Nikki Shiva (Wildcat Enigma) and Game Jumper Fairy Shop, protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may display your purchased print or video art for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork commercially
• Create derivative works based on the artwork
• Use the artwork for advertising, merchandise, or any commercial purpose
• Share, upload, or distribute digital files purchased from us

Limited Edition and Original 12 Collector prints include a Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate number corresponds to the edition number of your print. Certificates are issued digitally upon purchase and displayed on your order confirmation page.

Certificates are non-transferable and are tied to the original purchaser's order.

Custom commission requests are subject to availability and the artist's discretion. Submitting a commission inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Commission pricing, timelines, and terms will be communicated individually upon acceptance. Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Colors of prints may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor calibration differences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Jumper Fairy Shop and Nikki Shiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
