I have been an artist for over 47 years. My creative life has never been confined to a single medium — I have always moved freely between worlds, between forms, between ideas. Art, for me, is not a discipline. It is a way of breathing.
It started when I was about 8 years old — writing little plays, sewing costumes out of bed sheets, and putting on puppet shows for my siblings. That child never left. She just kept finding bigger stages.
In 2012, I entered the online art community and discovered a new dimension of creative possibility. I began writing books, keeping an online journal, creating music, producing both fractal and digital art, directing stop-motion series, and doing voiceover acting. Each of these was not a separate pursuit — they were all expressions of the same imagination, finding different doors to walk through.
Over the last four years, I have also been creating handmade Princess Gowns for little girls who are less privileged — so that every child can feel special, seen, and magical. This is something I will continue to do. It is one of the most meaningful things I make with my hands.
Over the last three years, I have been sharing my creations on TikTok, connecting with a community of people who love imagination as much as I do. I love the Elemental World, the Humanoid World, and Pirates — and being able to create a story that highlights these realms truly brings me joy.
The arrival of AI has been a profound gift. It has given me the ability to show people my imagination in ways I could never achieve alone. The art I have been creating for decades now has a new voice — a way to become fully visible, fully realized. AI is not replacing my creativity; it is amplifying it.
This Steampunk Collection Series truly started manifesting over the last three years and is now finally solidifying through the assistance of AI — taking the art that I have been creating and making it become a truly unique world. And there is much more to come.

This is not a project with an end date. It is an ongoing act of love — one gown, one child, one moment of pure joy at a time. It is one of the most meaningful things Nikki makes with her hands, and she will continue to do it.
