Game Jumper Fairy Shop sells digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped, so the usual physical-goods terms — returns by post, return shipping, restocking and exchanges — do not apply here. This policy explains how refunds work for digital art and video instead.
All products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final, except as described below.
Eligible refunds
We will issue a replacement or a refund if, within 7 days of purchase:
- your download link did not arrive or does not work, or
- the file is damaged, or is not the item you purchased.
We will first try to fix the problem by resending or replacing your file. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund your purchase.
Not eligible
Refunds are not given for change of mind, for purchases already downloaded and in working order, or for items purchased by mistake after download.
How to request
Email nikkishiva@thegamejumper.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank. PayPal and Venmo refunds follow PayPal’s processing times. If you have not received your refund after that time, please contact your card issuer or PayPal.
Refund amount
Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.
